Let's finish off our Dashboard by doing an area map of our total current Assets.
So let's navigate to the Balance Sheet and let's highlight our four total current Assets.
Notice I let go and then I'm going to hold down my control key and hold down left mouse
and just grab the values that don't include 2025.
So I can go to insert.
I'm going to click this drop down to see all of my charts because this time I want to pick
an area chart and I want to do a stacked area chart and I'm going to click OK and then let's
cut it.
Go to our Dashboard and paste it with the graph selected.
Let's size it so we know we're doing three by four point three and then let's just make
sure it's aligned by control.
Clicking on both of these in shape format, align those to the top and then click off
and then I want to make sure that the top one and this bottom one are also a shape format
align and then align to the left so that everything sits in a nice placement.
Let's change the chart title to be total current Assets and let's make that bold like we had
the rest of them and it gave me a legend already on the bottom but I'm missing these axes labels
for my years.
So the chart design, let's select data and on that horizontal category let's edit and
off of the Balance Sheet let's grab our years as our x-axis labels and click OK and click
oK again and then let's change our colors to match so we know that this color right
here if I click on it once and then go to that format, format selection into the paint
we've been using this dark blue color but we've been using the default orange so we
can leave that one in place.
Let's print preview to see what it looks like and notice that we have our four panels they're
all perfectly sized and shaped to be equal to one another.
They're aligned top and left so that they're all in great placements.
We've got our header and footer to describe them and we know we have the ability to then
go to our Assumptions and make changes and watch the way that the Dashboard will automatically
update and show us the way that when we make changes our projections will differ.
So that's how we make a nice visual Dashboard to go with our model.
I'll set that back to Baseline and then I'll save it and the last thing we'll do is we'll
have one final video to run through the model from start to finish so that you can see what
it will look like when done.
We'll see you there.
